Hyperlinked CS Coding Instructions
The Collaborative Stage (CS) Team has created Hyperlinked Coding Instructions to make coding CS easier and quicker for the cancer registrars. We have created a base installation program to hyperlink version 02.04 of the CS Coding Instructions and Schemas to make navigation through the Coding Instructions and voluminous schema tables much quicker and easier.
The ability to add highlights and sticky notes has been enabled to all parts of the Coding Instructions. Please download here and be sure to read the Download Instructions for Hyperlinked Coding Instructions below for further details.
Users should refer to these instructions, which are also included in the download, for detailed instructions of how to use the Hyperlinked Coding Instruction.

HTML Online Help Version of CS Instructions Now Available
The CS v02.04 coding instructions are available in an alternate format, HTML online help. The content of Part I is identical to the content of the PDF version. The content of Part II (the schemas) is expanded to include additional extra tables not included in the PDF format, especially useful for those who do CS training or perform quality control of CS data. The HTML online help system combines an index for Parts I and II, includes full text searching capability, and has multiple navigation methods. HTML online help systems are familiar to most users. Online help appears in a browser window using the standard Microsoft® HTML Help interface, with selected features enabled by third-party tools.

SEER Abstract Addendum Generator for 2012+ Cases Abstracted under Collaborative Stage version 0204 (CS v0204)
Although it would be ideal for all 2012+ cases to be abstracted into Collaborative Staging version 0204 software, some facilities/registries may need to abstract 2012+ cases before their abstracting software can be updated to CS v0204. This tool lists the Collaborative Staging (CS) fields and space to abstract the information needed for CS v0204. You must have Word 2003 or later on your computer to run this tool. See http://www.seer.cancer.gov/tools/absgenerator/ for more information.
