Colon - CS Extension (bao) Code 11, extension to "Lamina propria, including lamina propria in the stalk of a polyp", is an AJCC Tis rather than AJCC T1. NOTE: CS algorithm should be re-run on colon cases coded to CS Extension code 11.

Lymphoma - Correction of a missing storage code "19" for AJCC Stage Group in an internal table for the lymphoma special schema function. No change was required in the XML tables.

Breast - CS Extension (bak) - Inflammatory Breast Cancer coding descriptions corrected to reflect recommendations from AJCC to include a "size" on the clinical involvement in the CS descriptions for CS Extension codes 71 and 73. Size of involvement as defined by AJCC is majority of the breast of which is greater than 50%. CS Extension code 72 has been deleted.

Retinoblastoma - Added new notes to CS Extension (bcu) and Site-Specific Factor 1, Extension Evaluated at Enucleation (jat) clarifying the calculation between these tables. Retinoblastoma Extra table CS Mets at DX, CS Mets Eval, which required changes to special Retinoblastoma table code.

Prostate - CS Extension (bbo) and Site-Specific Factor 3, CS Extension - Pathologic Extension (lab) added new notes explaining that these fields must both be coded, whether or not a prostatectomy was performed.

Melanoma - Editorial changes to melanoma schema to correct inconsistencies in mapping tables for CS Extension and CS Lymph Nodes resulted in the revision of the following tables: CS Extension (ban) - changes to the notes and asterisked notes, CS Lymph Nodes (dam) - changes to notes, codes 13-15, and 20, the addition of new codes 17, 18, and 22, SSF1 (jaa)- deleted code 990 and added description from code 990 to code 999.
